Shipping times will vary but we do our best to ship hops to you within 2-7 days. If you have questions about your order or shipping status, don't hestitate to contact us and we'd be happy to give you an update.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will investigate right away and discuss options with you.
Our labels will display the variety that you’ve ordered, if the Lot ID is different from what you've ordered please contact us before using.
If the foil bags have been split open or damaged on arrival, please contact us right away. We know you may need these hops so we will prioritize a replacement order.
Hops can be order on our website for shipment throughout New Zealand and the United States.
For orders to be shipped to Australia, UK, Europe, Canada, Japan, and elsewhere, please contact us directly and we will process the order for you.
Once hops have been ordered and shipped they cannot be returned. If there is a problem with your order or the hops you have received please contact us so we can find a solution.
For web orders, we accept most major credit cards.
We can also accept international wire transfers through the SWIFT system. To pay via wire transfer, please contact us directly to place your order.
We use Stripe for credit card payments, Stripe charge a 2.9% fee for each transaction you make.
All orders can be made directly from this website.

The minimum purchase order is 20kg (4 x 5kg foil bags in each box).
We use a hop industry foil that is tough and durable. Each bag is nitrogen flushed to retain freshness for a longer shelf life. There are 4 x 5kg bags in each 20kg box.
Are hops are packaged in Chilltainers, which are made from specialised corrugated cardboard laminated with an impermeable reflective metallised polyester.
In New Zealand, we have an onsite coolstore where our hops are stored. In the United States, our hops are stored at Craft Imports in Los Angeles, California. We also have distribution partners in the Australia, the UK, Ireland and Europe that store and ship our hops directly to customers.
The expiry date can be found on the box label or on the foil bag.
To preserve the flavour and aroma of the hops they should be stored at a cool temperature and kept away from direct sunlight and heat.

If you have a contract with us you can view your remaining stock in your profile area.
Your hop allocations are based on what you have contracted with us. If your allocations do not look correct or you would like to discuss the status of your contracts please contact us.
