Phantasm® is a patented natural Thiol precursor product extracted from Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Phantasm is packed full of tropical Thiol precursors which convert to 3MH and 3MHA (passionfruit, grapefruit, exotic tropical) in the right fermentation conditions. Phantasm is a concentrated addition that compliments and enhances your regular hop additions. Think of it like an MSG aroma hit for beer.

Phantasm comes in powder form and we recommend dosing in the whirlpool at 1-2/lb per bbl on your goal and yeast you are using. To unlock the Thiols, Phantasm must be present during active fermentation. Phantasm is not a dry hop replacement, and is designed to work alongside and enhance your regular charges. We observe heightened Thiol release from hops when fermented alongside Phantasm as well.
