All orders can be placed directly from in our webstore.
Select the warehouse that matches your location (North America, Australia, New Zealand, Europe or the UK).
For orders in North America, Australia and New Zealand place your order and pay directly through the website. For customers with terms, you can place your order and select On Account to be invoiced once your order has dispatched.
For orders in Europe or the UK, place your order directly on the website and we will be in contact to process your order and take payment once your order is received.
Your order history is displayed on your Profile page
If ordering from North America, Australia or the UK, the minimum box size per variety is 20kg (4 x 5kg foil bags in each box).
If ordering from New Zealand or Europe, the minimum order size is 5 kg per variety.
New Zealand, Australia and North America
We accept most major credit cards and also accept international wire transfers through the SWIFT system. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept domestic/ACH transfers in the USA or Australia.
Europe and the UK
For orders shipped from our warehouses in the EU and the UK, orders are placed directly with Freestyle Hops, however payment is made directly to our distribution partners those locations.
We use Stripe for credit card payments, Stripe charges approximately a 2.9% fee for each transaction you make.
Shipping times will vary but we do our best to ship hops to you within 2-7 days of when your order is placed. If you have questions about your order or shipping status, don't hesitate to contact us for a status update.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will investigate right away and discuss options with you.
Our labels will display the variety that you’ve ordered, if the Lot ID is different from what you've ordered please contact us before using.
If the foil bags have been split open or damaged on arrival, please contact us right away. We know you may need these hops so we will prioritize a replacement order.
Hops can be order on our website for shipment throughout New Zealand and the United States.
For orders to be shipped to Australia, UK, Europe, Canada, Japan, and elsewhere, please contact us directly and we will process the order for you.
Once hops have been ordered and shipped they cannot be returned. If there is a problem with your order or the hops you have received please contact us so we can find a solution.
If you are looking for a particular variety and it's not showing in the webstore, please contact us about availability.
We use a hop industry foil that is tough and durable. Each bag is nitrogen flushed to retain freshness for a longer shelf life. There are 4 x 5kg bags in each 20kg box.
Our 20 kg boxes are Chilltainers, which are made from specialised corrugated cardboard laminated with an impermeable reflective metallised polyester.
We have cold storage locations where are hops are stored in New Zealand, Australia, North America (California), Europe (France) and the UK.
The best by date can be found on the box label or on the foil bag.
To preserve the flavour and aroma of the hops they should be stored at a cool temperature and kept away from direct sunlight and heat.
Your password can be reset by following the instructions at the login area.
If you have changed emails or have a new staff member who will be making purchases, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will update our records with your new email.
If you have a contract with us you can view your remaining inventory in your profile area.
Your hop inventory is based on what you have contracted with us. If your allocations do not look correct or you would like to discuss the status of your contracts please contact us.
