NZ Cascade

NZ Cascade is a testament to terroir and imparts complex citrus, tropical fruit and red berry aromas, with little of the pine notes typical of northern hemisphere Cascade.

Freestyle NZ Cascade is all later harvest to develop tropical depth along with the grapefruit driven complex citrus notes. Freestyle NZ Cascade is a testament to terroir with light apple blossom and red berry aromas in the background and none of the resinous pine notes typical of northern hemisphere Cascade. Freestyle NZ Cascade is great for a single hop beer and produces a unique and appealing expression of our terroir in hop forward beers.  It also pairs well with a wide array of varietals that either add terpene-driven citrus depth or add more tropical high notes.
